Palin Was Cleared In the Alaskan Troopergate

Thought you ought to know since the drive by media won't report it though it is on the AP wires.
Go here for the full article.

"ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Gov. Sarah Palin violated no ethics laws when she fired her public safety commissioner, the state personnel board concluded in a report released Monday. "There is no probable cause to believe that the governor, or any other state official, violated the Alaska Executive Ethics Act in connection with these matters," the report says.

"Gov. Palin is pleased that the independent investigator for the Personnel Board has concluded that she acted properly in the reassignment of Public Safety Commissioner Walt Monegan," her attorney, Thomas Van Flein, said in a statement."

I can't remember where, but I did see this article today. I am glad this was finalized before the election.

As a lifelong Alaskan it was reported up here. It was front page news. Sarah is a great lady and I wish her the best..it looks at this time like perhaps this is not her time for Washington but the night is still young. We still have 2 more hours till our polls close but with 3 electorals..who knows if our state will make any difference.
