Another Sad Day in America

"I am disappointed to tell you that the Senate just voted to approve Kathleen Sebelius’ nomination as Secretary of Health and Human Services.

"Together we fought long and hard against Sebelius and we should be proud of our efforts. Many Senators were encouraged to speak in defense of Life on the Senate floor while debating this nomination.

"We can find some solace in knowing that our fight against Kathleen Sebelius’ nomination has brought more attention to Obama’s nominees and their radical pro-abortion agenda, and has activated more pro-life Americans to join us in this fight. This grassroots energy will only increase our momentum as we confront the next round of President Obama’s extreme nominees, beginning with radical pro-abortion nominee, Dawn Johnsen.

"Thank you so much for all you are doing in this fight to protect unborn boys and girls."

I saw this in the news and now my migraine is back, seriously. Where are all the Christ followers? Where are the pro-life supporters? Where are the real feminists, you know the ones who really care more about girls and women rather than killing unborn babies?

I think there is total apathy in and no real fight left in the Republicans in the Senate and House. Where are the pro-life democrats? Is your party so important that you turn you back on the children? You know the children who will never be born so that they won't be able to pay the taxes that will be raised in order to pay government salaries? I just have to shake my head. I don't know what God has planned but I believe He has moved His hand from America to leave her to her own devices which is not and never will be good.
