Comforts for Baby meets the FDA standards and is manufactured in the only ISO 9001:2000-certified facility in the US for infant fomula manufacturing. It is close to breast milk without actually being breast milk, as it is fortified with choline and contains lactose, both of these are found naturally in breast milk. I am sensing this won't have the same taint of the formula scandal that happened in another nameless country after meeting these exacting FDA standards for formula manufacturing.
Now back to the contest, Kroger owned food stores are hosting a contest to name the cute little firefly that is the mascot for Comforts store brand baby formula. Click the link Comforts for Baby and register your name for the firefly in 25 characters or less. One catch is you must have at least one child under the age of 2. I don't qualify but if I could I would give the name Norah which means light. I think since fireflies light up and will give kids the best start on lighting up their brains, Norah is a perfect name. Now you go try. In this economy, it would be nice to have a little $10,000 scholarship headstart, ya' know?

hey Bev! I just wanted you to know that I check your blog often. I love hearing about what you and G are up to. I haven't been back to visit my parents in a while but hopefully will get to spend some time there this summer. I will call you when this happens! I'm guessing it may be July though! We are super busy with VBS next week and swim lessons the week after that. Plus Abby's birthday is the week after that! Life is busy, isn't it? Talk to you soon!
