$23 and change. Not the whole hopey/changey thing either. I just received notice from the insurance company that I am now moving into a new acturarial bracket and therefore the insurance needs to increase my rate $23 and change. Yea me.
So anyone wanna come party like it is 1999 over Labor Day? hmmm, yea me neither.
