Need Advice
I have an opportunity to clean/organize someone's house but I don't know how to price it. Help me. Funny how I usually can clean organize someone else but me, not so much. She claims her house is filthy and she has two teen boys. I have no idea how to price this or really even if I want to, but to be paid I think I can do it. Maybe it can work into something more stable and permanent.

When I was able to afford someone coming in to clean my house, it was about $75 - $85 for three hours. So, about $25 per hour. You might want to consider setting a time limit, too, say 4 - 5 hours and then revisiting if you want to continue.
I pay Merry Maids $113.00 biweekly for two people, they work between 1 hour to 1.5 hours. So I guess that would translate to 2-3 hours of work for 1 person. However, they only clean, they do not organize or put things away. Hope this helps!
